Our Voice is Your Voice

Our guiding document is our current CONTRACT. You can be assured we will work together to uphold the current contract and collaborate moving forward as we have annual negotiations. 

 If you are concerned about a workplace related challenge, here are your steps: 

  1. Consult with your building representative
  2. Discuss your concern with your building administrator if possible. 
  3. Refer to the contract to see if a contractual concern is the root of the conflict. 
  4. Use this FORM to alert Beth (Elementary Vice President) or Robin (Secondary Vice President).
  5. Have you been injured or verbally attacked by a student? If so, please fill out this form to help SEA track these incidences and to alert Beth, Susie & Eva.  

We will consult with Eva as president and then work with you to move forward as needed.
